Make make planet! (Do do dodo Dooo)

Hello, project time again, this time round we had to market our paper toys, but we had to join forces with a classmate with similar toys, my partner was Jade Wall, i would link you up but she hasnt started blogging yet (come on Jade join the fun.) Her toys are very pretty little easter island heads with different head gear. We started the project with lots of ideas, the main one being a interactive website, we didnt have the means to actually put together an entire website so we just made visuals of what it would look like, here they are.

 Okay so thats all the web pages we created together, Jade did all the drawing cause she is a skilled illustrator. heres the logo i created for our brand.

 We then decided to do some advertising which included internet banners and a poster.

 Jade also made a pair of really nice postcards but i will leave them for her to blog herself! I was really pleased with how this project turned out, i had fun putting all the work together and collaborating, one of the big things we could have done to make this proiject better is keep the style between the advertising and the website consistent. Paper Toys

For this project we had to come up with a range of paper toys, i decided to look at famous people with interchangeable hair. At first i was excited for this project but that soon faded out when i realised how fiddly it would be, mid-way trough the project i got a cold which didnt help, im not really happy at all with how these turned out, they are too basic and rushed out last minute when i was denied an extension due to the cold.

Vampires everywhere!

Another week another project done, for this project we were all given different subjects, the subject I recieved was vampires, with this I had to create some sort of scale about vampires. Two finals had to be produced on done purely using illustrator and one incorporationg a hand done value. 

I really enjoyed doing this project, the work i produced looks proffessional but the scale isn't as obvious as it could have been.

Explaining a pot noodle to an alien

 For this project we were told that we had to create a piece of infographics explaining how to make a pootnoodle to an alienincluding in it the reasons why the pot noodle is needed, im not too happy with the final outcome I produced for this project but my design pages went down really well and im really pleased with them.

Life drawing

It's you! It's me! And it's dancing!

This is the work I produced for my most recent project at uni, the brief was to design an insert and packaging for a song, the song being from a list our tutors provided us, none of these songs were the usual sort of thing I would listen to. My song choice was Los Campesinos - you! me! dancing! I was fairly pleased with my outcome but unfortunately my tutors weren't, Ahhh welll fuck them!
